Location: Winchester, Kentucky is located in the heart of Kentucky’s legendary Bluegrass Region. It is easily accessed via I-64 near the I-64 & I-75 Interchange. It is within 15 miles of Lexington, Kentucky and under 30 miles to The Kentucky Horse Park. Winchester is within a day’s drive for two-thirds of the U.S. population.

From I-64 to Visitors Center, Downtown Winchester
Heading West on I-64, take exit 96A to merge onto KY-627 South/Paris Rd. Follow KY-627 South into Downtown Winchester. KY-627 turns into Maple St., Visitors Center is located at 2 S Maple St on the right.
From Visitors Center, Downtown Winchester to I-64
Take S. Maple St. North to Paris Rd. Continue onto Paris Rd., merge onto I-64 East via the ramp to Ashland/ Mountain Pkwy.
From the Kentucky Horse Park to Downtown Winchester
Exit Kentucky Horse Park to the right and take I-75 South towards Lexington, merge onto I-64 East towards Winchester/Ashland. Take exit 96 for KY-627 North toward Winchester/Paris. Turn right onto KY-627 South. Follow KY-627 South into Downtown Winchester. (26 miles, 30 minutes)
From Downtown Winchester to the Kentucky Horse Park
Take I-64 West towards Lexington. Merge onto I-75 North towards Cincinnati. Take exit 120-County Road 1973/Ironworks Pike. Take a right off the exit, and Kentucky Horse Park is on the immediate left. (26 miles, 30 minutes)
From Downtown Winchester to Lexington’s Hamburg Pavilion Shopping
Take Lexington Ave. west out of Winchester, Lexington Ave. turns into US-60 West. Turn left onto Man O’ War Blvd. Turn right onto Sir Barton Way, Hamburg Pavilion will be on the right. (15 miles, 22 minutes)
From Lexington’s Hamburg Pavilion Shopping to Downtown Winchester
Turn left onto Sir Barton Way out Hamburg Pavilion. Then left on Man O’ War Blvd. continue on Man O’ War Blvd. East until it dead-ends. Turn right onto US-60 East/Winchester Rd. Take Winchester Rd. all the way to Winchester. (15 miles, 22 minutes)
From the Bluegrass Airport to Downtown Winchester
Exit Bluegrass Airport and take a left onto Man O’ War Blvd. Turn right onto Versailles Rd., merge right onto KY-4/New Circle Rd. Take exit 9B for KY-922 North/Newtown Park toward I-64/I-75. Merge onto KY-922 North/Newtown Pike. Merge onto I-64 East/I-75 South via the ramp to Ashland/Knoxville. Continue on I-64 East. Take exit 96 for KY-627 North toward Winchester/Paris. Turn right onto KY-627 South. Follow KY-627 South into Downtown Winchester. (30 miles, 35 minutes)
From Downtown Winchester to the Bluegrass Airport
Take S. Maple St. North to Paris Rd. Continue onto Paris Rd., merge onto I-64 West via the ramp to Lexington. Take exit 113 for US-27/US-68 toward Paris/Lexington. Turn right at N Broadway Rd/US-27 S/US-68 W. Turn right onto KY-4/ New Circle Rd. Take exit 5B to merge onto US-60 W/Versailles Rd toward Versailles/Bluegrass Pkwy. Turn left onto Man O’ War Blvd., Bluegrass Airport is on the right. (30 miles, 35 minutes)
