The days are getting shorter, so cooler temperatures will also be here. Fall flowers will be the focus of these hikes: fall asters, sunflowers, wing stem, ironweed, and goldenrod are just a few that should be in bloom. All hikes, unless noted, will be moderately strenuous, 3 hours in length, and will meet at the main entrance to the Preserve on Athens-Boonesboro Road.
