Christmas Parade

In honor of “The Year of the Woman Veteran” and because we are in the midst of the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, the 2015 parade theme is “I’ll Be Home For Christmas: A Salute to Clark County Veterans.” The song, “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” was an instant hit when it was released during the 1943 holiday season when so many men and women were serving overseas and has continued to be a favorite of servicemen and women who don’t get to spend Christmas at home because they are bravely serving our country. Entries should reflect the theme.
